Hosted Sites

We may supply technology, hosting, and related services to casting companies and similar third party companies to power talent search areas on their websites. Personal and/or demographic information supplied by you directly to such hosted sites becomes part of the Call Time Talent database, but it is not accessible by anyone other than you, Call Time Talent, and the company concerned unless you have given your consent for further sharing. Information gathered on a page in a hosted site area or on a co-branded page may be retained by both Call Time Talent and the other company. In that instance, the use of your information by the other company will be subject to the Privacy Policy of that company and Call Time Talent is not responsible for that company's use of your personal or demographic information.


To comply with law

We may need to disclose your personal information to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, and/or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Because Call Time Talent is a U.S. company and information collected on our site is stored in whole or in part in the United States, your information may become subject to U.S. law. We may also disclose information when we believe, in our sole discretion, such disclosure is necessary or appropriate in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Call Time Talent’s Terms of Use, or as otherwise required by law.

In addition, if Call Time Talent should file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, or if Call Time Talent should decide to buy, sell or reorganize some part or all of its business, we may be required to disclose your personal information to prospective or actual purchasers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


Your Online Profile

When you create a talent profile on our website, that talent profile is then stored in our searchable talent database. Once posted, your talent profile will be searchable, and all third parties with access to our searchable talent database (or copies thereof) will have access to your talent profile. However, at this time, we are the only ones who have such access and will only send out results of said searches to casting/production companies. We attempt to limit access to our searchable talent database to legitimate users such as Industry Professionals and law enforcement and national security agencies, but cannot guarantee that other third parties will not gain access to this database. We cannot control the use made of talent profiles by third parties who access such talent profiles while they are in our searchable database. You may make your profile inaccessible to such third parties from our talent database by cancelling your account at any time by following the instructions in “Cancelling your Account”.

How to access and update your information

We want to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information we keep for you is up-to-date, complete and accurate. You have the right at anytime, under applicable data protection laws to access, review, update, or change certain types of information on your account profile or talent profile that Call Time Talent maintains for you.

To update your profile information, you will need to log in to your account. Once you are logged in, click on “Profile” and the “Edit” to update or change certain type of your personal information.

California Resident Rights

A California resident who has provided personal information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California Customer”) is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, upon receipt of a request by a California Customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom personal information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed.

However, under the law, a business is not required to provide the above-described lists if the business adopts and discloses to the public (in its Privacy Policy) a policy of not disclosing customer’s personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes unless the customer first affirmatively agrees to the disclosure, as long as the business maintains and discloses this policy. Regarding Minors
